HONORABLE MENTION

Nature / Wildlife

Entry type: Single

A solitary Arctic fox stands beside the carcass of a dead reindeer, illuminated by the warm, fading light of the setting sun. The fox’s thick white fur glows softly in shades of gold and amber, contrasting with the cold, blue tones of the Arctic landscape. The scene feels raw and untouched, capturing the harsh beauty and unforgiving nature of the Arctic wilderness. The atmosphere is quiet, melancholic, and cinematic, with a strong sense of survival and the delicate balance of life and death.
