Entry type: Single

Deep within Tassili n’Ajjer National Park in southern Algeria, near the Libyan border, lies one of the Sahara’s most intensely red landscapes. More than 300 km from the nearest settlement, this remote wilderness has no roads, electricity, or permanent facilities. Wind and sand have sculpted ancient sandstone into striking forms, while dawn light reveals a pristine landscape shaped by erosion, isolation, and time.
