2026 NIPA 2026

Persistent

Salman BohlouliIran

HONORABLE MENTION

AI

Entry type: Single

Based on an original photograph of a tree root splitting a rock, this work uses AI-assisted manipulation to extend the visual narrative while preserving the essence of the captured scene. It explores persistence as a gradual force of change, showing how patience and the passage of time can transform what once seemed solid and unchangeable
