Each Day, Each Night

Description

Inspired by a Chinese myth, which tells the story of a woman who awaits the return of her husband, who has been away from home for a long period, on top of the nearby mountain. As she waits for him day and night with determination, never did she know her loved one has already deceased and will never return home.

This work is created using shadows of paper and tissues, evoking imaginative landscapes that play around the viewer's perception of reality.
