With over 37 years of experience in the visual arts, Hisham Al Madhloum is a leading figure in the UAE’s cultural scene. As the founding member of several national art institutions and former Director General of Arts in Sharjah, he played a key role in establishing landmark museums and festivals. Though not a photographer by trade, his deep expertise in visual communication, design, and art curation brings a refined and multidisciplinary perspective to the jury.
